I'm Eileen and I qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant in 1995.
During my career I have worked in a variety of industries as either Financial Controller or Financial Director, responsible for every facet of the financial health of a company.
Although I offer the usual historical financial services of a conventional practice, because I trained in industry as a management accountant I try to offer a more holistic approach to an entire business by helping to increase margins and decrease costs and ultimately increase profitability.
I have been involved in a number of projects, including the sourcing and implementation of new computer systems and the set-up and administration of pension schemes which is a whole new ball-game with the introduction of auto-enrolment.
I have also been involved in the acquisition of existing businesses from the initial valuation, through due diligence, sourcing of finance and then incorporating them as subsidiaries into the parent company.
In addition to being an ACMA accountant, I have also passed further Taxation examinations to become a member of the Chartered Institute of Tax Advisers, CIOT, which is the international gold standard in taxation
